Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items and include your RMA slip before shipping the package to our designated return center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
